This is not a substitute for reporting to law enforcement. Rather, we're a parallel system to help fill in a couple small gaps and help you feel empowered in handling a child exploitation scenario.
In our Discord server (specifically the ticket system) and through various other contact methods shown on EndCE.org and other project websites, we get reports of child exploitation scenarios happening online.
Myself and our small team are just here to help make sense of some of it alongside you. We can piece together the overall puzzle of the situation, and look into it a little more.
This project is here to help you make the most of the situation when it feels confusing.
Exploitation is bound to happen, so pinning down a good reporting process is actually important work. It allows us to have a clearer mind in dealing with the abuse. With this work I do in the Discord and on the website, I want people who are confused or just hurt to come by and talk about the situation and figure it out in a genuine, positive and grounded way.
Evidence
Evidence is crucial because it proves the truth of what happened and can escalate investigations.
While there does seem to be a crisis of people (like law enforcement) not believing victims, among other tragedies of the current system - evidence is still key and will be what forces law enforcement to act.
Documentation and learning
My idea with the project is that we can document how bad actors and exploitation works. Every last bit of information is important. Even if it's just a Roblox CSE "DM me on Discord" account, it can still be part of a wider network that demonstrates how certain bots can exploit the systems. Of course, more intense information matters too.

Unfortunately, we are understaffed a lot of the time. It's hard to get people to commit to handling situations like this.
Closing thoughts
Overall, this can be a place to hopefully feel safe. Not the single place, but just a place to ask for help from real people who are deeply passionate about understanding exploitation of all kinds, making the world better, and hearing people out.
