So we're putting together some ideas for ways to help in our local communities. You can do any or all of the following:
Sharing a letter of concern with parents
These things can be printed at home or at a library, and/or given directly to parents you know - or posted somewhere. (Like bulletin boards at places like libraries, stores, community centers, etc...)
Also, you can use apps like Facebook & Nextdoor to make quick posts that include our letter. Parenting forums, reaching out to parenting associations, etc...
And other ways if you think of them!
I'm thinking we can go stand downtown and hand out educational stuff to parents - I'll have to lead by example on this one, and get back to y'all, XD.
Helping parents/caretakers in our lives
Just offering help of any kind for people who have the intense responsibility of another human being.
Helping our communities in general
This is the most important, but isn't relevant to our project necessarily- Being conscious of everything we do, being open to helping people or even smaller stuff, like answering surveys, saying thank you to people, giving gifts.
I think it's our responsibility to do what we can to make local change against the primary problems of our time. If everyone takes responsibility for change within their communities - Then that probably can end up being worldwide change.
